Shipping rates for UK orders are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- During peak periods, including kit launches, special promotions, Christmas and major club events, processing times may be extended.
- Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance procedures, adverse weather conditions or other circumstances outside of our control.
Pre-Orders
Where an item is offered on pre-order:
- Payment will be taken in full at the time of purchase.
- Orders containing pre-order products may be held until all items are available for dispatch.
- Estimated dispatch dates displayed on product pages are subject to change.
- Supporters will be notified of any significant delays where possible.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details where available.
International Orders
Port Vale FC ships internationally from the United Kingdom.
For all destinations we currently ship to, applicable duties, import taxes, VAT and customs charges are included within the shipping costs paid at checkout.
Customers should not ordinarily be required to pay additional customs or import charges upon delivery. However, local customs authorities may occasionally carry out inspections or apply charges outside of our control. If this occurs, please contact Port Vale Store before making any payment so that we can investigate with the relevant delivery partner.
Port Vale FC cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by customs clearance procedures, import inspections, local courier operations or other regulatory requirements imposed by the destination country.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.
- Certain products may be restricted from delivery to specific countries due to local laws, regulations or carrier restrictions.
- Port Vale FC reserves the right to refuse shipment to any destination where delivery is not possible or commercially viable.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Items
If your order is lost, significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will work with the relevant delivery carrier to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
Address Information and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete, including the recipient's name, address, postcode and contact details.
Port Vale FC cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, losses or additional charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate delivery information supplied by the customer.
Where an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, non-collection from a designated collection point, or any other issue attributable to the recipient, the customer may be required to pay any additional shipping costs before the order can be resent.
If a refund is requested for an order that has been returned to us for any of the reasons outlined above, the original shipping charge and any costs incurred by Port Vale FC in recovering the parcel may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.
