Colour is definitely not the same as the picture. Looks blue but is purple.
Unfortunately, I never received my package. FedEx was very helpful in tracking the shipment, but after investigating, they confirmed that the package was lost.
I reported the issue to Port Vale, but unfortunately I have not received any response or assistance with a solution so far. I understand that shipping issues can happen, but I would have expected better customer support and communication from Port Vale once the package was confirmed as lost.
Hopefully they can improve their customer service and provide a solution to affected customers.
