Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you need to exchange any item(s), we will gladly assist, with the exception of the following items:
- Personalised goods
- Books
- DVDs
- Magazines/Programmes
- Jewellery
- Underwear
Refunds and exchanges are available for items that are new and unused, accompanied by proof of purchase within 28 days from the date of purchase.
For your security, all goods to be refunded or exchanged must be sent back by recorded delivery, as the Club cannot be held liable for lost parcels.

If the returned items are not in a re-sellable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
Missing parcels or damaged goods must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. To report a missing package, please contact our mail order team on 01782 655821 or email shop@port-vale.co.uk.
