Important Information

• We do not recommend purchasing squad personalisation while the transfer window is open, as player names and squad numbers may change.
• Personalised items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product is faulty. This includes situations where a player changes squad number, leaves the club, or transfers to another club.
• Personalised orders may take longer to dispatch than standard orders.
• We reserve the right to refuse any personalisation that is considered offensive or inappropriate.

Printing Options

• Name & Number (up to 10 characters and 2 numbers): £15
• Name Only (up to 10 characters): £10
• Numbers Only (up to 2 numbers): £6

Please note that some youth, baby and infant shirts may not accommodate 10 characters. If your chosen personalisation exceeds the available space, a member of our team will contact you.

Before You Order

Please carefully check your shirt size before adding personalisation. Once printing has been applied, we cannot exchange or refund the item unless it is faulty.

Washing & Care Instructions

To help preserve your shirt printing:

• Do not wash the garment within 48 hours of receiving it.
• Wash inside out at 30°C.
• Do not use fabric conditioner.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Iron inside out and avoid ironing directly onto the printed area.

Following these instructions will help maintain the quality and lifespan of your personalisation.
