Port Vale Store – Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Port Vale Store, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you need to cancel a purchase, please review the following guidelines:

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
- Customers may cancel their order before it has been dispatched for a full refund.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, customers may return eligible items under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

3. Subscription-Based Purchases
- If your purchase includes a subscription-based product, cancellation terms will be outlined at checkout.
- Subscription cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

4. Non-Cancellable Items
Certain items cannot be cancelled or refunded, including:

  • Personalised or custom-made products (such as printed football shirts)
  • Perishable goods
  • Digital downloads or gift cards
  • Under garments

5. Refund Processing
- Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
