In the event of a pricing error, stock discrepancy, technical fault or other administrative error, Port Vale FC reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund where payment has already been taken.

Order Cancellations and Fraud Prevention

Port Vale FC reserves the right to refuse, cancel or place on hold any order at its sole discretion where:

• Fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Payment authorisation cannot be obtained.
• Incorrect pricing, product information or stock availability has been displayed due to a technical or administrative error.
• The order appears to have been placed using false, incomplete or misleading customer information.
• The order is deemed to be for resale, commercial purposes or otherwise breaches our Terms and Conditions.

To protect both our customers and the club, additional verification may be requested before an order is processed and dispatched. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in the order being cancelled.

Where an order is cancelled by Port Vale FC and payment has already been received, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued to the original payment method.

Fraudulent orders may be reported to payment providers, fraud prevention agencies and law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

Address Information and Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete, including the recipient's name, address, postcode and contact details.

Port Vale FC cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, losses or additional charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate delivery information supplied by the customer.

Where an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, non-collection from a designated collection point, or failure to pay any applicable customs or import charges, the customer may be required to pay any additional shipping costs before the order can be resent.

If a refund is requested for an order that has been returned to us for any of the reasons outlined above, the original shipping charge and any costs incurred by Port Vale FC in recovering the parcel may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.
